FAQ

  • We match clients with a highly skilled, vetted Virtual Assistant based on their needs, hours, tools, and communication style. You’ll receive short video introduction(s) from your VA(s) options, and if it feels like a great fit, you’ll start working together directly. We stay available for support behind the scenes as needed.

  • We value excellence and we support it. We don’t just send out job listings. We carefully match VAs with clients who respect each others time and skills. We also don’t just let you go once you’re matched. You’ll both also receive ongoing support from the agency throughout your time working together.

  • Client will pay a finders fee of $300. This covers the process of matching you with a highly vetted Virtual Assistant, onboarding both of you, and helping set up a smooth working relationship. It also includes 6 months of match support, meaning if anything comes up or you need to switch VAs for any reason, you’re covered.

    Clients will be invoiced weekly at the rate of $25/hr to cover your Virtual Assistant’s pay, plus our agency support fee. We handle the payroll for you, provide ongoing support to both you and your VA, and remain available to step in and help if anything needs troubleshooting behind the scenes.

  • The $300 finder’s fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, care, and energy we put into sourcing, vetting, and onboarding your Virtual Assistant match. However, we are committed to making sure you’re supported and satisfied so your finder’s fee includes up to 6 months of match support. This means if the first match isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to find another at no additional charge. This also means if your VA cannot continue their duties within the 6 months time free from your payment date, we will also find you another match at no additional cost.

  • We don’t require long-term contracts, however we do ask that clients choose a guaranteed minimum of weekly hours. This will give the VAs a guaranteed amount of work and pay they can count on weekly. This is the amount we invoice you for weekly unless the VA works more than this. Clients can scale up or down as their business evolves.

  • Yes. Once we match clients with 1-3 VAs, they’ll receive short video introductions and the option to set up a brief discovery call before moving forward. We want you to feel fully confident in the partnership.

  • Absolutely. If a client's business needs support across different areas (admin, content, systems, etc.), we can match them with more than one VA.

  • No worries, just let us know. We’ll work with both parties to either troubleshoot or rematch you with someone who better aligns with your style and needs. The finders fee covers you for 6 months of rematches if needed.

  • Most matches happen within 1–2 weeks, depending on the client’s needs and current availability. We prioritize quality over speed, but we always aim to move efficiently.

  • VAs work directly with the client, but we handle the matching, the invoicing, and offer support.

  • That depends on the client. Typical tasks include admin work, inbox/calendar management, scheduling, content organization, backend systems, and customer support. We’ll match everyone based on their strengths and experience.

  • VAs will complete a detailed application that tests their skills, systems knowledge, and true attention to detail. If they pass that phase, they’ll be invited to an interview and asked to submit a short video introducing themselves to potential clients.

  • Our agency is highly selective, so we’re currently prioritizing experienced applicants who can hit the ground running, BUT if you feel like you still may be a good fit, yes please fill out an application as every great VA needs to start somewhere. :)

  • VAs will need their own computer/laptop and a strong internet connection. Honest communication and a flexible schedule is also beneficial!

  • We’re here to support everyone with communication guidance and backend troubleshooting. No one is ever on their own. You can think of us as the middleman when needed.

    For clients, we handle any rematching if needed and we also handle the payroll for your assistants.

    For assistants, we offer a private community for support and ongoing templates and resources as we create them.
