Hey! I’m Kimberly, and I started Cross the T Agency because I am the kind of person who catches typos, builds spreadsheets, and makes things work behind the scenes. And I knew I wasn’t the only one out there.
I have over 15 years of admin experience and 8+ years as a Virtual Assistant. I’ve been supporting business owners across a wide range of industries for a while and have personally worked with over 45 different systems.
As a longtime VA myself, I’ve seen how transformational it is when the right person is in place.
That’s why Cross the T Agency is built on high standards, intentional matchmaking, and continued support.

Collect the finders fee and review your business needs
Match you with one to three highly skilled, vetted VA’s
Send you their personalized intro videos and allow you to choose who you want to move forward with
The agency will then connect you and give you the tools to collaborate smoothly
The agency will invoice you weekly for your assistant’s work and we will handle their payroll
The agency will continue to support you both throughout the entire time working together
